For the first time in six weeks, families will be able to enjoy the skate park, and the city's playgrounds.
Playgrounds and parks had their bright orange caution tape removed at the crack of dawn today, and the sounds of children playing will once again be heard echoing in streets across the region.
For many locals, it's a chance to re-open doors, sit down to eat, or grab a drink and a meal in house. But for many other Tamworth businesses, the closed signs will remain up.

Fitness fanatics are now allowed to work-out in packs of up to 10 outdoors, albeit under strict guidelines.
The indoor gyms might be still closed but it means F45 and Fit2Function can get their hearts pumping together again outdoors, but Crossfit 2340 and SnakeCrossfit will remain benched until more slack is given.
