Online learning will continue for NSW's school students in the first two weeks of term two, NSW Premier Gladys Bereijiklian says, however from week three there'll have more face-to-face contact with teachers.

"Right up until Good Friday our schools remained open and no child was refused entry to a school," she said.
"However we will be giving clear direction (for students, parents and teachers) on what we think will occur from the third week of term two."
NSW's chief health officer Dr Kerry Chant also provided an update on COVID-19 cases at the morning press conference.
There's been 11 new cases in the 24 hours to 8pm on Wednesday - there's now a total of 2897 cases across the state. Of those 207 are being treated by NSW Health, with 26 patients in intensive care units - 19 on ventilators.
NSW Police Commissioner said police continued to work with NSW Health and Carnival Cruises to cement a suitable date for the Ruby Princess to depart Port Kembla - the previous day, he put Sunday forward as the possible date of departure.
A $100 million rural and regional fund was also announced by Deputy Premier and Minister for Regional NSW John Barilaro this morning.
The lion's share - $46 million - will go to the NSW Forest Corporation, with an emphasis to be put on replanting after the summer bushfires.
A further $25 million will provide a boost to regional and rural councils to upgrade or conduct maintenance on showgrounds.
Around $20 million will go towards Aboriginal housing; $9.5 million to regional and rural hospitals and $9 million for maintenance around court houses and correctional centres.
