Kyra Maynard remains in custody after the March 8 crash that killed her pregnant passenger in Inverell.
Maynard's case returned to Tamworth Local Court again this week, where she faces eight driving charges. She is yet to enter pleas.
Magistrate Julie Soars has adjourned the case to Inverell court in two months, allowing investigators to prepare a brief of evidence into the case.

Maynard, who was hospitalised after the crash, made no application for bail.
Ms Soars refused bail and ordered she remain in custody until the case returns to court.
Maynard was seriously injured in the late-night crash on Warialda Road. A 20-year-old pregnant passenger died en route to hospital.
She's accused of dangerous driving occasioning death by driving in a manner dangerous; negligent driving occasioning death; driver never licensed; using a vehicle that doesn't comply with standard tyres; using an unregistered vehicle; using an uninsured vehicle; using a vehicle without paying tax; and driving with an unrestrained passenger.
Crash investigators from Tamworth allege Maynard - who lives in Tingha - was unlicensed when she got behind the wheel of a Holden Commodore, with a female passenger, just before 10.30pm on March 8.
Police said the Commodore lost control on Warialda Road, and collided with a Mazda Bravo before it struck a powerpole.
Both the driver and the pregnant passenger were seriously injured. Emergency services tried desperately to save the 20-year-old woman, who was 32 weeks' pregnant.
Both women were then transported to Inverell airport to meet the Westpac Rescue Helicopter's critical care medical team, but the 20-year-old woman and her unborn baby died before she could be airlifted.
The 22-year-old driver was then flown to Tamworth hospital with head and shoulder injuries.
Police said the driver of the Mazda Bravo ute, a 19-year-old man, and his female passenger, escaped with minor injuries. He was taken to Inverell hospital for mandatory testing.
The Crash Investigation Unit has been examining the circumstances leading up to the crash, and combed the scene and the wrecks, before interviewing witnesses. They then charged Maynard on March 10.
