Simone Leah Hatch, 40, admitted to dealing an indictable quantity of the drug ice in Tamworth Local Court on Wednesday.
"I understand there are pleas to be entered," DPP solicitor Cat McKay told the court.
Magistrate Julie Soars accepted Hatch's plea of guilty and committed the matter for sentence in Tamworth District Court.
"Your matter will go to the district court for committal April 20," she said.
"Bail will continue, that completes your matter for today."
A second charge Hatch faced was withdrawn on the last occasion.
Hatch was arrested as part of Strike Force Radius, one of the biggest investigations into the supply of illicit drugs in the area.
Police swooped on her and a number of others in a raid on a Denison Street and Kirkham Crescent property in May, last year.
Hatch wasn't the only person to appear in Tamworth Local Court on Wednesday, arrested as part of investigations into the alleged 'ice castle'.
Nine others faced court on the same day, most had their matters adjourned until April or May.
But, for Suri Samantha Phouminder and Phu Van Lam, who remain in custody on remand, the issue was finding their lawyer.

Phouminder and Lam are being represented by the same defence solicitor and had their matters adjourned until Thursday morning until he could be found.
Their luck was not much better on Thursday morning, when their matters were adjourned again for case conference to appear again in May.
Both are yet to enter pleas.
