A win against Parramatta would secure them a finals berth.
Former NRL star Learoyd-Lahrs has slotted Denman's Mac Shepherdson on the wing for Harrison Freeman, moved Kalab McMillan-Basset from lock to prop, shifted Kobe Bone from the bench to lock and moved Mark Simon back to the bench.
Toby Taggart comes onto the bench, with Seb Pianko the new 18th man.
"Seb's played every game so far, played good minutes and been learning all the way," Learoyd-Lahrs said.
"Toby's been the 18th man and deserves an opportunity. This is a good chance to give him a chance. He's very good and tough in the middle, too, so it's a good chance if we make the semis to have everyone playing."
"It's a little bit of a reshuffle," Learoyd Lahrs added. "Moving Kalab to prop and Kobe to lock gives us two very good workers in the middle against some big boys.
"Mark Simon will be able to come off the bench into the game when those big men are getting tired."
The Tigers' under-16 side - out of contention in the Andrew Johns Cup - will look to finish the tournament with back-to-back wins when they play the Eels in the earlier game at Aberdeen.
The under-18 clash will be followed by the Tigers' women and under-23 sides tackling the GSR Wests Tigers in Country Championships matches at McKinnon Oval.
