Johnston Street, between the Bligh Street and Hyman Street intersections, will be the stretch of road affected to allow wastewater maintenance crews to undertake works.
Workers will be on duty to direct traffic.
Maintenance crews will start work on 10am and it is expected to be completed by 12pm.
