Rain this week meant the wickets at No 1 Oval and Riverside could not be prepared.
That means the current top-four sides are through to the finals, starting on Saturday week.

In the major semi-final at No 1 Oval, reigning premiers Old Boys, the minor premiers, meet City United.
The winner advances to the grand final on March 28-29.
In the elimination final at Riverside 1, North Tamworth and Bective East meet.
Commenting on the washout and the looming finals, Old Boys captain and Tamworth cricket boss Ben Middlebrook said: "The rain's been great for the district, and the finals should be interesting."
