The premiers' batting has been brittle in recent weeks, and was exposed again by a sharp-edged Court House attack as they avenged for their defeat in the corresponding game last season.
Batting first Kookaburras found themselves in early trouble at 4-21.
Rolled for just 44 last time the two sides met, thanks to a defiant knock from Bowe Coward, the No.5 smacking five fours and a six en route to 49-from-55, they managed to limp their way to 100.

But that was never going to be enough with Court House in cruise control as they chased the runs down inside 34 overs and only two wickets down.
Skipper Farran Lamb (41no) and Blake Small (17no) saw them home after Jay Urquhart had made 38 at the top of the order.
It was set up by the bowlers, Darrin Cameron, Sam Doubleday and Brodie Cleal all snagging three wickets and Lamb one.
"We bowled really well at the start and got the key wickets - Cameron (Milne) and Matt (Agosntino) early," he said.
Cameron picked up both wickets to have Kookaburras 2-11.
He went on to finish with 3-21 with two maidens and was in such good rhythm, Lamb opted to bowl him his eight straight.
At the other end, he bowled four maidens on his way to 1-13.
Lamb felt they did fall away a bit in the middle of the innings but they pulled it back, taking the last four wickets for just seven runs.
"Our bowling and fielding has been really good the last two or three weeks," Lamb said.
"It's probably our biggest strength."
"It was good to put it all together (batting and bowling) today."
He has really stepped up with the bat in recent weeks. In his last three innings' for Court House he has scored 39, 45 and now 31no. He also made an unbeaten 99 in the Gunnedah Premier League.
"I've changed my technique a bit to how I stand facing up to the ball," he said.
Being dismissed a lot lbw or caught square, he opened up his stance a bit.
He expects Court House to be pretty much full strength for the decider with Jade Campbell coming back in.
They will have two sides involved in grand finals with second grade finishing minor premiers and therefore going straight through.
