The Roosters are hosting the day at Viaduct Park, Tamworth, from 9am.
It is aimed at anyone looking to give AFL a crack. From there, there is a chance to play in the under 14s or under 17s AFL North West competitions if interested.

Tamworth Roosters coach Greg Vallender invited all kids to come on down.
"We'll cover all different ages and abilities," he said.
"It's just about getting a footy in their hands and there'll be age appropriate drills."
It is the second come and try day the Roosters have held after a session at Farrer Memorial Agricultural High School at the end of last year.
The Roosters will be taking another come and try day to the school on Thursday, February 27.
"From the last one, we did have some good interest so we're going to do another two sessions. This is the first of those," Vallender said.
As the season approaches, Vallender said the numbers for the two junior sides are looking positive.
"We're thinking we should have between 15 and 20 on both lists," he said.
"There's still a question mark on a few. We won't know exact numbers until we get them in jerseys.
"There's some good signs [around the North West] with Gunnedah being in there [the under 14s], too."
