The Westpac Rescue Helicopter had a hectic Sunday after being called out several times throughout the day and even being diverted at one point.

That diversion happened when the helicopter was called to Mole Creek, near Tenterfield.
Before getting to the scene, the crew was diverted to Walgett where they dropped the aircraft critical care paramedic and doctor off.

The Lismore aircraft was also called to the Tenterfield job where a 47-year-old woman had fell from a shed roof.
The lady sustained multiple fractures in the accident and was transported to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
The rescue chopper also attended a motorcycle accident in the Nundle State Forest.
A man, 42, was riding in the forest when he struck a log and came off his bike.
The man had an initial loss of consciousness and sustained rib injuries.
He was taken by road ambulance to Nundle Oval to be loaded into the helicopter before he was transported to Tamworth hospital in a stable condition.
The thunderstorms that rolled through the region also affected the Westpac Rescue Helicopter.
It was forced to stay grounded in Narrabri in the afternoon due to the storms.
