McLean Care hosted the Tamworth Seniors Expo as a way for seniors to come together and find out what is out there for them.
"It's all about showcasing what great activities and businesses are around the Tamworth area that can provide activities for seniors so they can come out and have fun," McLean Care acting Home and Community Care Manager Rose Wild said.
"There's lots of interesting events happening. We've had dancing, gardening, exercise programs."

This is the third year the expo has been put on and numbers have increased each year.
"It definitely has grown. I think we're about 50 per cent up on attendance from last year so we're getting bigger and better every year," Ms Wild said.
"We want to keep them active and part of their communities which is really what McLean Care is all about.
"It's been really good, the attendance we've had today and the support's been great to have businesses on board."
The event is based around the community with businesses getting involved including Bunnings Warehouse, Priceline Chemist, Tamworth Scooters and Mobility, Rural Fit, Helloworld, CWA as well as other community clubs. Presentations were held throughout the day and exhibitors were also on hand to have a chat with the seniors about what their business or community group was all about.
