'ICE CASTLE' accused Scott Anthony Foster has pleaded guilty to a slew of charges, but maintains he did not shorten an illegal firearm.

Defence solicitor Frank Falcomata told Tamworth Local Court last week that his client would enter pleas of guilty to some charges, but not all of them.
"There are a number of pleas," Mr Falcomata said.
"Sequences two, four and eight are pleas of not guilty, they essentially relate to a shortened firearm.
"My client had a 12-gauge shotgun in his possession which was unauthorised, which he supplied.
"The assertion is that my client shortened that illegally and he rejects that."
Foster pleaded guilty to nine of 12 charges, including two counts of possession of an unauthorised firearm; two counts of possession of an unregistered firearm; supplying a firearm to an unauthorised person; two counts of acquiring ammunition without a licence; supplying ammunition to an unauthorised person and not keeping a firearm safely.
Foster's bail was continued and the brief of evidence in the case is to be served in March.
Detectives seized a .22 bolt-action rifle and ammunition.
The allegations against the 44-year-old centre on three firearms, that were in his possession or supplied in December last year in the Tamworth area.
Foster's matter will return to Tamworth Local Court in April.
He was arrested as part of Strike Force Radius investigations into Tamworth's alleged 'ice castle'.
