Both the minor league and senior league executive committees have had to fold.
A decision was made weeks ago by the minor Tigers and the senior committee made their announcement on Facebook this week.
The post read: "This tough decision was supported by the committee, the decision was not made lightly as the committee have worked hard over the last 18 months to try and attract new committee members and volunteers but to no avail and believe it is in the best interest of the club to sit this year out."
The Tingha Tigers thanked their hard-working committee members and volunteers for their dedication each and every week.
Major sponsors, the Tingha Royal Hotel, Des and Sue Ward, Walkabout Barber and Tackling Domestic Violence were also thanked.
"The Tingha Tigers RLFC plan to hold another annual general meeting later in the year and plan for the 2021 competition and a bit of fundraising, so all you loyal Tigers supporters keep an eye out and keep on supporting."
Tingha Minor League also informed players they had plans to return bigger and better in 2021, hopefully with more parents willing to lend a hand.
