Last season, the final between Old Boys and Bective East was abandoned mid-match when James Haling broke his leg fielding, while this season's final has been washed out.
Old Boys and Bective East were due to meet in the final at No 1 Oval on Friday night.
As with last season, Old Boys were declared T20 champions after topping the table.

It feels like take two of a game cut short by an horrific on-field accident.
On Friday night at No 1 Oval, Old Boys and Bective East will clash in the Twenty20 final - a year on from the night Bulls player James Haling broke his leg after a sickening on-field collision with teammate Gerhard Labuschagne in the 2018-19 T20 final at the same ground.
The match was called off, with old Boys snaring the title after topping the T20 table.

On Friday night, Bective East will get another chance of winning their first trophy in several seasons. Their last title triumph was in 2015-16, when they beat Old Boys in the one-day final.
But with it raining in Tamworth last night, and more rain forecast for Friday, there is a chance the final will be washed out.
If that happens, Old Boys would again claim the title after again topping the table.
If the game goes ahead, Bective's young captain Jye Paterson, who led the side into last season's T20 finale, said his teammates were "really keen and really looking forward to the challenge".
A key to beating Old Boys, he said, was building good top-order partnerships.
"Because when you lose early wickets, they just build on that," he said.
"They're obviously the favourites, so it's important to get an early lead, get a bit of confidence ... just try and put them on the back foot a little bit," he added.
Paterson will look to Bulls veteran Adam Jones to score runs in the final.
"He's probably the one batter who scores very quickly for us," the skipper said.
The match starts at 8pm.
