Featuring raffles, karaoke and charity auctions, the event helped riders raise funds to participate in the annual the nine-day journey, which helps raise funds for cancer research.
Tamworth rider Dean Ellison said the night was a "great start" to the fundraising efforts.
"We had a really good turnout and a great night in the end," Mr Ellison said.
"At this stage we haven't worked out exactly how much money was raised, but it was at least a few thousand dollars."

"It's shaping up to be a pretty exciting ride and one of the highlights of the trip will be when it stops in Tamworth," Mr Ellison said.
"During the function, there will be a sizeable donation made to a local cancer centre.
"It will be fantastic and is just one of the main reasons we all get onboard with this ride."
Mr Ellison said there was still plenty of time for people to donate to the cause.
"Whether people want to get behind a rider and help them raise the funds to go, or donate during the ride, it all goes to the same place.
"It's a really worthy cause and every cent counts.
"For the time being, all of the riders will focus on raising as much money as we can before we go and preparing our bodies as best we can to get through the ride."
