Nick Kay has marked his 150th NBL games in style, posting his third double-double in five games as the Wildcats booked a finals berth with a 10-point defeat of the Kings in Perth on Saturday night.

The Tamworth product - who spoke to the Leader ahead of the top-of-the-table clash - scored 21 points and had 10 rebounds in the 110-100 win at RAC Arena.
It was their third-straight win against Sydney.

The Wildcats' highest score of the season came three days after their lowest score of the year.
"It was a tough, physical game," Wildcats coach Trevor Gleeson said.
"Just the grit and determination to win the first quarter. You give them a nine-point start and then to go on and win the first quarter is first class. Our competitive nature and our fight and determination was first class."
Bryce Cotton had a game-high 30 points, plus five steals, for Perth.
The Wildcats are back at RAC Arena against the Brisbane Bullets on Sunday.
