Police will allege they were among a group of males - two armed with a baseball bat and a sharpening tool - who forced their way into a house on Swan Street on December 23 about 8.50pm.
The two men, both aged 22, were arrested separately at homes in Merrylands yesterday, and refused bail to appear in Fairfield Local Court.
In the Tamworth incident, the occupants - three men in their early 20s - were threatened and assaulted before the group of offenders stole personal identification, mobile phones, laptops and car keys.
