I work as an early childhood educator and nanny in the local area, helping little ones achieve exceptional education during their early years. I volunteer at local primary schools helping children with special needs and I enjoy being crafty making handmade gifts and refurbishing old furniture.
The reason I entered was in honour of my late grandmother who was crowned cotton queen in her day at Wee Waa. I also wanted to see our beautiful city during the festival from a different level while sharing the experience with other like-minded, empowering women, which will help with my future endeavours of the travel and tourism industry.
My favourite part of the festival is seeing our city come alive and what great country music talent there is and how lucky we are to have such an amazing event.

We need a great festival with some great young ambassadors to get around and we need to kick start a rain dance at the festival. Jasmine wants to be at the heart of this and hopes that she can be a great role model for other young people in our region, all while making friendships that will last a lifetime!
