Rain could fall in Tamworth over the next week with some predictions saying there's an 80 per cent chance of the wet stuff hitting in the coming week.

There is a 70 per cent chance of 1-5mm of rain today, according to Weatherzone, and then an 80 per cent chance for the same amount of rain on Wednesday.
The chance of rain dips from there but Weatherzone says there is still a 60 per cent chance of 1-5mm rain on three separate days - Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
While the rains are expected, the hot weather is also likely to stick around.
While a cool change was thought to be coming on Sunday, that has now changed.
Temperatures will still dip slightly, but only to 35 degrees.
Sunday and Monday are both expected to hit a maximum of 35 and will be the coolest days of the week.
