The Tamworth export also had three rebounds and four assists.
Perth might have been embarrassed a month ago at home to Adelaide.
But they had won five of six matches since then including two wins over Sydney. They entered the 36ers game knowing a victory would take them to top spot.

That set the stage for another memorable encounter in the league's strongest all-time rivalry and it was the Wildcats, even minus captain Damian Martin, who were on song early - going up 10 points after seven minutes.
But Adelaide turned it around to lead by nine late in the first half, on the back of 18 points from Eric Griffin, before Perth stayed in touch with a remarkable three-quarter court Mitch Norton buzzer-beating three.
In the end, Perth's big men, Kay, Majok Majok and Dario Hunt, all fouled in the final quarter - and Adelaide took advantage by going inside, dominating the glass and ultimately winning the game on a 10-0 run.
Jesse Wagstaff and Clint Steindl battled against the odds inside for Perth.
