Cabins are booking out with families staying for a few nights and locals are purchasing day passes to take advantage of the activities on offer.
Park manager Leith Smith said they were "very very busy".
"We've got the gliding club's women's world championships so we've only got a couple cabins left, we do have some caravan spots left though," Mr Smith said.
"We're selling 30-40 passes a day and a bit more on the weekend, and people are doing water skiing; the dam is low but you're still looking at 200-300 metres for the water sports."

Cabins are booked out till mid-January for the gliding competition, and Mr Smith is hoping this will continue to the Tamworth Country Music Festival.
"If people are interested in staying then the powered sites are filling up but there are plenty of bush camping sites available if people want to camp on the water," he said.
The water park is open seven days a week, as well as the BMX track, pedal karts, and more.
