On Sunday, the athletes had a fantastic meet, with many, many medals brought home, lots of Personal Best times achieved, and a lot of fun was had.
Gabrielle Masterson, Lily Cooke, Rory and Tahlia Husband, Payten and Cooper Ward, Cadence, Warne and Mahli McShane, Beth, Mary and Porter Arandale and Kyara, Chelsea and Emma McIntyre made up the representative team.
Together the group collected an impressive total of 29 medals, made up of 11 gold, eight silver and 10 bronze.
"More importantly, 30 personal best times were achieved which shows the swimmers have been training hard and putting in the effort," club coach Charlie McShane said.
"Every kid gave it their all. I was incredibly proud, especially of their sportsmanship in supporting each other and cheering very loudly!"
For four swimmers it was their very first carnival.
Gabrielle Masterson, Payten Ward, Cooper Ward and Mahli McShane all swam well and registered their first times into the system.
Next weekend an even bigger group of Redfins will head towards Tamworth to compete at the Kootingal-Moonbi Swimming Club Carnival.
