One of Tamworth's favourite sons, the country music star has been practising more than just his songs.
"I've been rehearsing my two-minute showers, I'm pretty strict on them," he said.
"I'm bring my own drinking water as well, to make sure I'm not leaving a footprint on this beautiful town."
Cassar-Daley is also preparing for his big show at the TRECC on Thursday, January 23, where he'll be joined by some very special guests.
"This year, I've got a lot of ladies I've come across in my career who I've loved working with," he said.
"It's always an exciting show, anyone who buys a ticket gets to see a lot of artists all in one hit."
He'll also be sharing the stage with Aussie rock legends Cold Chisel, as part of an all-star lineup for the band's Blood Moon tour, which includes Paul Kelly and Kasey Chambers.
"I'm excited for Cold Chisel, I think that's going to bring a whole bunch of people who might not normally come," Cassar-Daley said.
