Lasting two days, the competition saw eight teams from across the state face off for silverware and prize money.
The Tuggeranong Viqueens walked away with the Plate, making them the only side to win a trophy in all three years of the event, having also won the Plate last year and the Cup in 2017.
However, it was the Southern Districts Rebelettes who walked away with the major honours this year, retaining the Cup and winning $2000 in prize money following their victory in 2018's tournament.
They put on a hugely dominant performance in the final against Hamilton Hawks, defeating them 29-0, although it was slightly soured to an injury to Emma Wade who is believed to have hurt her ankle while scoring a try.
It was a disappointing ending for the Hawks and in particular Mel Howard, who starred in the build up to the final and finished as the competition's highest point scorer.
The local side, Scone Brumbies, finished third in the plate on their home turf at Sir Owen Glenn Rugby Park.

"To go back to back wins is sensational as well, it was a great team effort.
"We all drove up on Friday and were really excited and we've really got amongst the Scone community."
She said they are certainly looking to return next year, stating the tournament is unique both on and off the field.
