Paige Burgess, 29, fronted Dubbo Local Court on Wednesday afternoon on 11 charges, after her arrest on Tuesday.
Burgess pleaded guilty to larceny; using a vehicle with an unauthorised number plate; driving with an expired licence; using an unregistered vehicle; and using an uninsured vehicle.
She pleaded not guilty to two police pursuits and aggravated dangerous driving causing grievous bodily harm; but is yet to enter pleas to three charges of not keeping left of the dividing line.
Police said Burgess failed to pay for petrol at a service station in Moree about 10:20am on Tuesday.
Police checks revealed the car was reported stolen from an address in Toowoomba in Queensland three months ago and had been involved in numerous fail to pay incidents since.
At about 10:45am on Tuesday, police found the stolen car at Edgeroi and attempted to stop it.
A police pursuit was initiated and called off moments later.
Orana Mid-Western Police District officers later found the car travelling south on the Newell Highway near Coonabarabran.
A second pursuit was initiated, police allege, where road spikes were successfully deployed 12km out of town.
The accused's car continued for a short while until it lost control attempting to manoeuvre around traffic.
