The Lionesses were crowned the inaugural women's champions while the men took out the bowl.
Women's coach Nick Rees looked after both sides on Saturday and said it was a great way to finish off the season.
"It was one of the nicest endings to a season you could ask for," Rees said.
And a fitting tribute to the much-loved former Lion affectionately known as Toothy.
Instigated in his honour, the tournament holds a special place in the club's heart, and Rees said it was great for the women to be able to be involved this year as well.
Many of them knew Tooth personally, and were "ecstatic" to bring home the big "T" trophy.
Facing some tough Sydney teams, Rees said they really stood up and stepped up a level.
"Leading into our first game against Gordon there were a lot of butterflies and nerves," he said.
"They were five minute halves and straight off we were defending for probably three minutes."
Eventually they were able to get their hands on the ball and scored through Sally Bowen.
From there their confidence grew and they went on to win four tries to nil.
"They were stoked with that and that set the platform for the day," Rees said.
"The boys had won just before so there was a good vibe."
The women lost their next game but then got up against Easts to secure the honours.
The men won all of their pool games and played some good football over the day, Rees said.

Over 20 teams took to Woollahra Oval to battle it out for the silverware.
"It's great to see that the tournament is going ahead in leaps and bounds," Rees said.
"The level of football was really good to watch for both the boys and girls."
He said from a club perspective it was a great club building experience and a great springboard into next season.
He and Toby Simkin are keen to go around with the women again and on the back of what they achieved through the season and the interest that the weekend generated, Rees is excited about what 2020 will bring.
