Both sides began the season with a victory last week, Norths having defeated City United and Souths claiming the points against Bective-East.
Norths captain Adam Greentree said a victory on Saturday would be crucial to his side's momentum.
"It's always good to get the season off to a winning start," Greentree said.
"I thought we bowled and fielded really well last week, which I think was the difference in the end.
"We only put down one really tough chance, so if we can field like that again this week we should go alright.
"Hopefully we can do it again on Saturday and really get on a roll."

The new Norths skipper said he was wary of Souths batting and bowling attacks.
"I think the obvious weapon Souths have is Tom Groth," he said.
"He's the NSW country wicket keeper for a reason and the big wicket for us.
"I haven't seen too much of their bowling attack personally, but I know they can be pretty dangerous."
Greentree said he would look to implement "a runs-on-the-board" strategy, should he win the toss on Saturday.
"It all depends on the condition of the pitch, but in my experience you bat first in Tamworth," he said.
"I think batting first worked well for us last week, and allowed us to shift most of the pressure onto City and coupled with a good fielding effort got us over the line."
The clubs third grade fixture has been moved after the field was flooded.
