The White Elephant Spring Ball raised more than $45,000 for youth preventative mental health organisation batyr, that provides programs to university and school students.
"Of every 30 students in Australia, there will be seven dealing with a mental health issue," batyr chief executive Nic Brown said.
"But only two will ask for support, and five of them will suffer in silence."

Back Track founder Bernie Shakeshaft was the guest speaker on the night, and spoke about the importance of alternative pathways for troubled kids.
The event wrapped up with a performance by local band Splashpool.
