However, the side was unable to carry that momentum into the two-day format, missing the finals on percentage.

Jye Paterson will lead Bective-East for a second season, after taking on the role midway through last season.
Souths will be without one of its key weapons after, earlier this week, fast bowler Tom O'Neill told the Leader he would be sitting out this season.
"Things have been a bit full-on lately with the coaching and everything, so I thought just having a year off would be pretty handy," O'Neill said.
Saturday's action begins at Riverside No.2 Oval from 1pm.
