The truly unique Tamworth event is on for the second year on Sunday October 20, and organisers are hoping to see upwards of 200 people join them for a walk, run or stroll up Mount Flagstaff from the Oxley Lookout - a 4.8km round trip.
Once at the top, walkers will be treated to a massage, and a bacon and egg roll, with all proceeds going to the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service.
The event is the brainchild of The Massage Escape's Heidi Burchell, who was looking for a way to "give back" to the rescue chopper, while also promoting the benefits of an active and healthy lifestyle.

"It's a great day out, and a great opportunity to get people outside in the fresh air, being active, while also raising money for a critical community service," Ms Burchell said.
"The carrot dangling is the massage and bacon and eggs at the top - it is great incentive to climb the mountain, and hopefully if people do it once they will keep doing it."
This year the event will kick-off with a yoga session at the look-out from 8am, and will also see the introduction of a schools and business challenge, with the organisation to have the most entrants in each category crowned champions, and awarded a framed photo of the group at the peak.
Westpac Rescue events coordinator Jeff Galbraith hopes to see numbers triple on last years 80 entrants, and continue to grow into the future.
"The promotion of wellness, both mental and physical, is so important these days, and fits perfectly into what the rescue service tries to promote," he said.
Registrations for the Sunday October 20 event can be made on the day from 7.30am, while there will also be a silent auction and lucky entry prize.
