The Guyra Super Spuds and Uralla Tigers held the meetings on Sunday to elect a new committee for the 2020 season.
After winning the 2018 men's title, the Super Spuds couldn't find enough men's players to field a team this season but are hopeful to get up and running again next year but first they need a committee.
Sunday's meeting saw the outgoing committee attend with all standing down from their current positions.
They have re-scheduled a crisis AGM for 6.30pm on Wednesday, October 9 at the Guyra Hotel.
The current members of the Tigers committee have all opted to stand down and won't be putting their hands up again for next year.
Outgoing Uralla president, secretary and men's captain-coach Josh Clark was surprised no one turned up to put their hand up for the committee.

"I thought there would be people who would come up to try and take it over," he said.
"There is heaps of money there, we are very financial, I thought it would be easy to pass it on.
"The club is in a good position and we just need some people to continue the work we have done."
They won't lack coaches to take over Clark's position with nominations already strong but they need a club for the new coach to be part of.
"It [the coaching position] is available and there are three people going for it," Clark said.
"Plenty of interest, plenty of players, plenty of coaches and no one wants to run the show."
They have re-scheduled their crisis meeting for 3pm on Sunday, October 13 at the Uralla Bowling Club.
