The minor premiers proved too strong for Armidale, running out 3-0 winners.
The victory sees Northies progress into the grand final on September 21.
North Armidale will now turn their attention to next weekend's preliminary final against Tamworth FC.

FC earned the right to play off for a grand final spot by defeating South Armidale 3-1 in Sunday's minor semi-final.
The Scorpions tried manfully to get themselves back into the contest after conceding two early goals, but the third-placed FC proved too strong.
North Armidale have beaten Tamworth FC during the regular season, including a 3-0 and 1-0 win in the sides' first two encounters.
However, the clubs could not be separated in their round 16 clash, finishing the game deadlocked at 0-0.
The preliminary final will be played at Bellvue Oval after North's first grade side lost their major semi-final clash with Tamworth FC.
