Alice Arnott, Kate Jenner and Georgina Morgan have been named in the women's team, while Ehren Hazell is in the men's lineup.
These teams have been selected from the initial 40-man squads that were announced in June following the conclusion of the Hockey NSW Open State Championships.
Hockey One starts in the last weekend of September and will comprise of seven home-and-away rounds, culminating in semi-finals and a double header men's and women's grand final day in November.

The NSW Pride's campaign will get underway on September 29th at Sydney Olympic Park Hockey Centre when they take on the Adelaide Fire in a big first-up clash. The club will play two further home games during October against the Tassie Tigers and Hockey Club Melbourne.
The club will boast one of the strongest line-ups in the competition, with 19 current and former Hockeyroos and Kookaburras in the teams.
Powell and Livermore have both opted for a mixture of youth and experience in their teams, with the pair selecting six Under 21 players respectively.
One of the most notable inclusions in the teams is Illawarra's Casey Sablowski. The former Hockeyroo retired from international hockey in mid-2018 and gave birth to second son Lewis only five months ago in March.
Sablowski put herself through a rigorous fitness schedule in order to be considered for selection and was rewarded with a spot in the final 20-woman team from Powell.
Powell is confident that her team has what it takes to claim the inaugural Hockey One title.
"Many of these girls have played together for several years in various State and National teams, so they're very comfortable working together on the field.
"We've got a lot of depth and some fantastic young players who have already shown they can handle themselves at the top level. It will be an experience for them to play in front of a packed home-crowd for the first time."
Livermore is excited about tackling the new league with his team.
"The team we've selected is very strong we've been working hard since earlier this year to make sure we're ready for the season.
"I'm really looking forward to everything getting underway and putting our preparation into action."
All Hockey One games will be streamed on Kayo Sports, with finals to be televised on Fox Sports.
