In order to leapfrog North Companions and claim fourth position, the Mushies must either defeat or draw with reigning Premier League champions Tamworth FC.
However, a finals berth will not be the only motivation spurring OVA on, with the two sides also contesting the Steve James Memorial Shield.

Mushies coach Mitchell O'Keefe said his side had "everything to play for" at Scully Park on Saturday.
"In our last game of the season every year, we play for the Steve James shield and try to raise some funds for Beyond Blue," O'Keefe said.
"It just so happens this year that we are trying to win our way into a finals appearance ... which I think adds to the whole spectacle of the day."
O'Keefe said the fundraising aspect of the day was "really close to the heart" of the entire club.
"Anything we can do to help promote suicide prevention and mental health awareness is a good thing from the club's perspective," he said.
"We are going to be wearing commemorative blue socks with the letters S.J embedded on them and we will be taking donations at the gate.
"Steve was a really special person to have around the club and I think this is a really good way to honour his legacy."
The Mushies have lost both of their encounters to Tamworth FC this season, but O'Keefe said he was confident his side could achieve a positive result.
"Both of our games against them have been pretty close," he said.
"In both games, the deciding goal against us has been scored in some kind of freakish way, which has kind of been the story of our season.
"Given FC is on top, it might sound strange, but I am actually more confident we can defeat them than any other side in the top four.
"If we can play to our best and hopefully get a bit of luck going our way, then I think we are in with a real shot."
The outcome of the final four rests solely on this game because North Companions have a bye in the final round.
"The competition has been so even this year, anything can really happen," O'Keefe said.
"Anyone can beat anyone on any given day and we are just hoping Saturday will be our day."
Saturday's action will begin with OVA's women's side playing in a semi-final at 12.30pm with reserve grade to follow at 3pm and first grade from 5pm.
