EVIDENCE in the case against the man accused of the armed robbery of a Werris Creek service station has been handed over to his lawyer.

Bo Matthews is alleged to have walked into the Single Street Caltex servo armed with a large knife on the night of March 23.
At about 7:30pm, police allege Matthews demanded cash from the employee before fleeing the scene.
He was later found hidden in the boot of a Holden Commodore at a Henry Street property.
Matthews appeared in Tamworth Local Court last week and faces charges of robbery with an offensive weapon, larceny and destroying property.
He's yet to enter a plea to any of the charges, but Magistrate Julie Soars brought Matthews up on the screen to read him an explanation about what would happen when his matter went to a case conference.
"By law I need to explain this process to you," she said.
"The prosecution certificate shows all the offences he intends to proceed with if it goes to trial in the district court.
"It's to help you decide whether to plead guilty or not guilty to the charges or discuss any offers made to you.
"After the case conference you will come back before a magistrate, the magistrate will ask whether you plead guilty or not guilty to the offence."
Police released CCTV footage of the alleged incident in an attempt to find him with the public's help.
The images were released as part of the investigation and a day later officers homed in on Matthews at about 2pm.
He was found hiding at a Werris Creek property.

Matthews has remained in custody since his arrest in March, previous bail applications have been denied.
The matter was adjourned until October, bail was not applied for and was formally refused.
Ms Soars ordered Matthews to appear in court via audio visual link on the next occasion.
