Souths coach Hayden Lewin said Sunday's victory was his side's best of the season.
"Prior to the game we talked about two things, the first was that a loss would end our season, so it was important to put everything into the game," Lewin said.
"The second was to learn from last week's game and be smarter in front of goal.
"The team took these two things on board and put together our best performance of the year."
Lewin said he was impressed with his side's "all-around performance".
"Whilst it was good to score the four goals, our defence was also pleasing," he said.
"Tudors had a number of short corners in both halves, which we were able to keep out and the patience, decision making and desperation of our defensive unit was great."
The win sees Souths move to within one point of the top four with two rounds remaining.
