After putting a dominant display against Elderslie High School at Scully Park to reach the final eight, the side will travel to Sydney eager for a place in the final four.
The team's coach Darren Desmid said Oxley would be taking a full-strength side to Sydney for Tuesday's game.
"We have been training once a week for the past few months now and the girls are really eager to go down to Sydney," Desmid told the Leader.
"It will be their biggest test of the year so far, but I'm confident that if they play to their full potential, they can get the job done."

The team has been in top form in recent weeks.
Last week the side advanced to the round of 16 in the Bill Turner Cup and boasts a season record of 31 goals for and zero against.
"Our defence has been really strong so far this year and so has our attack," Desmid said.
"The girls have worked really hard on both aspects of their game and so far it has been paying off for them.
"Hopefully, it will continue to pay off for them against Woolooware."
If successful on Tuesday, Oxley would have to compete in the final four without star players Emma Allen, Nakesha Burgess and Milla Thompson.
"All three of those girls would miss the semi finals due to representative duties with the Australian Futsal team," Desmid said.
"They will all be off in Brazil, on the trip of a lifetime representing Australia, which will leave a dent in our open-age team and our under-15 team.
"They will be sorely missed should we get that far, but for now we are just focused on getting there."
