For the fourth straight year, Tamworth Gymnastics Club have won the overall women's title at the NSW Country Championships following a gold rush at Lismore.

The club had nine gymnasts crowned country champion.
Leading the way for the club were Josie Douglas and Lashay Connor, who won all-round gold in levels eight and five, respectively.
Douglas also won gold on the vault and floor and bronze on the beam. She posted the highest overall score.
Connor claimed gold on the beam.
Tamworth have won the overall women's title six of the past seven years.
The club's other standout performers include Scarlett Coppola (second overall, level six/division four), Sarah Robertson (second overall, level five/division three), Emma Byrne (second overall, level five/division four) and Annalise Tighe (second overall, level eight).
Three gymnasts finished third overall: Piper Swalwell (level five/division two), Sidney Turner (level five/division three) and Amber Downes (level eight).
The other gold medallists include Tighe (beam and floor), Paige Seaton (beam), Maisie Wilde (bars), Turner (vault) and Robertson (floor).
Tamworth coach Jodie McGinnity praised the high standard the club has maintained for long time.

"It's pretty hard to maintain, but the girls and coaches work very hard," she said.
Lismore-based North Coast Gymnastics was the overall champion club.
Gymnastics NSW spokeswoman Kait Bastion said the "championships was another fantastic example of the talent we have within our clubs".
