Ethan Johnson, 21, was allegedly on the run from police for more than a month, accused of being involved in the ice castle drug supply ring, operating in Tamworth.
After a warrant was issued for his arrest, and public appeals to find him, Johnson was arrested in Tamworth on Thursday morning.
It's understood the 21-year-old fled to Queensland before returning to NSW and handing himself into Tamworth Police Station shortly after 8am.

He was refused bail by police and lodged a release application in Tamworth Local Court on Thursday.
Magistrate Julie Soars granted conditional bail for the 21-year-old, ordering him out of Tamworth to live with family in Narrabri.
As part of his bail, Johnson is prohibited from contacting his ice castle co-accused, and must report to police three days-a-week.
He's been ordered to reappear in court in August.
Hayden Lansdown, 23, from Tamworth and Phu Van Lam, 32, and Ashley Hoye, 31, from Sydney and the Central Coast, are allegedly evading police. They're wanted on a raft of drugs and firearms charges.
Police have been searching for the men since the 'ice castle' investigation unfolded with raids in Tamworth at the end of May.
