JULY could be the best time to shop as Tamworth Quality Business Awards mystery shoppers hit the ground to pick a winner.

The community has until Sunday to nominate a business for excellent customer service across 20 categories.
In the throng is Pearson Pest owner Brock Pearson, who's kind approach to a client with dementia earned him a nomination in this year's awards.
"We took the time to really explain things to the client and have them understand the treatment involved at their property," he said.
"We have many different customers but you treat all as equal and it doesn't cost you anything to be nice and take the time with a client, it's very humbling."
The Tamworth region winner will go on to be recognised at a regional, state and possibly national level.
There's 20 categories businesses can be nominated for, with another 10 for businesses to self-nominate.
Businesses in the thick of the competition will be up against owners from all over the region, from Barraba to Manilla, Nundle and Kootingal.
Already Tamworth Business Chamber has received 650 customer service nominations, president Jye Segboer said.
"Now more than ever we really encourage the public to get on board to reward and recognise those businesses who do provide excellent customer service," he said.
"It's about recognition, we get so caught up in our day-to-day world and forget what our customers think, it's a good time to reflect on your business and the way you do things."
Chamber staff are available to help people with their nomination for a business that has provided excellent customer service in the last 12 months.

A qualified vet nurse, Ms Murphy's clients like that she is able to provide more than just a grooming and minding service, with ear checks and teeth cleaning a notable point of difference.
"Some people see pets as their children, I like to give the dog as much love as possible."
