The 23-year-old's case was heard in Armidale Local Court on Wednesday, his defence solicitor Peter Kemp requested a brief of evidence be handed over on the last occasion.
That brief is now complete but Booby is yet to enter pleas.
The alleged crime spree involved two break-ins, three stolen cars, the ram-raid of a small supermarket in Guyra and a failure to pay for fuel at the Black Mountain Roadhouse.
Police claim it ended with a police chase through Guyra, Black Mountain and Armidale on March 17, 2017.
The 23-year-old faces five charges for aggravated break-and-enter while the residents were at home, larceny, riding in a stolen car, stealing and break-and-enter with intent.

The three cars were allegedly stolen in Armidale in the early hours of the morning before one was used to ram the Spar Express Supermarket in Guyra's main street at 7:15am.
Bail was not applied for and was refused, the matter is adjourned until August.
