A suppression order on the case was varied in Tamworth Local Court on Wednesday, but the Leader cannot report the name of the accused, the names of the dogs, the location of the incident or the location of the police station.

There is some argument the female allegedly involved may have been coerced into the act.
The matter has been adjourned until July.
