Simon Mitchell Cowan lodged a bail application in Wyong Local Court on Thursday, a day after his arrest by detectives from Strike Force Raidus.
The Oxley investigators arrested Cowan in Wyong, later charging him with one count of supplying more than an indictable quantity of drugs.
Police will allege he was involved in the supply chain of prohibited drugs that was being run out of a headquarters inside a housing commission unit, referred to as the 'ice castle' in Petra Avenue, Tamworth.

Cowan was not required to enter a plea in court and was granted conditional bail by magistrate Caleb Franklin.
As part of his bail, Cowan has been ordered to report to police daily, live in Noraville, not contact his co-accused, including alleged ringleader Stephen Ross Hanshaw.
He's also prohibited from taking drugs or entering any international departure point, and had to post $5,000 in surety to secure his release.
Cowan was one of four arrested in Tamworth, Dubbo, Sydney and Wyong by Oxley police this week, taking the total number of arrests as part of the Strike Force Radius to 14.
Police have confirmed more arrests are expected.
