For the first time since 2017, FC will be coming into the game off the back of a loss to South Armidale.
FC striker Kurt Barrow said Saturday's game was a vital for his side's season.
"We are tracking alright at the moment despite the loss last weekend," Barrow told the Leader.
"However, this weekend is a really important game for both our first and second grade teams.
"It is a really close competition this year and these types of games are the ones we really need to win, in both grades.
"Our second grade side has been in really good form lately and is starting to really build some strong momentum.
"As for first grade, I think we can build some of that same momentum with a win against North Armidale on Saturday."

Barrow said his side hadn't given too much thought to its first loss of the season last weekend.
"To be honest, a lot of our guys have been around a few years now, so it's not completely foreign for us to lose a game," he said.
"I think most guys are aware last season was something pretty unique and aern't really putting too much thought into it.
"The focus for us at the moment is to win this game on Saturday because if we do I really feel as though we can get some momentum going."
The striker said his side would look to make the most of its opportunities in front of goal.
"It's fair to say that our finishing has not been as good as we'd like it to be lately," he said.
"That will certainly be an aspect we will be working on this week and going forward for the rest of the season.
"If we can do that on Saturday we should hopefully go pretty well."
In the round's other Premier League action, South Armidale will host North Companions, Demon Knights has the bye and Oxley Vale Attunga have claimed a forfeit victory over East Armidale.
