Kelly can't remember exactly when the Swans last beat the Nomads, but believes that it was some 10 years back.
However while the Swans will have a full squad on Saturday, they will be missing three players due to injury - Ross Fraser, Chris Oxford and Gavin Knee.
Kelly said: "I was hoping to have them play but it is what it is ... I'm pretty confident we've got a pretty good team."
He added: "It is probably a good chance we have of beating Armidale [in a long time] if we play well."
