A teenage girl has been flown to a Newcastle hospital after she suffered serious injuries in a motocross accident on Monday.

The 15-year-old had multiple injuries after the fall at a track, north of Moree.
The Westpac Rescue Helicopter's critical care medical team was tasked from Tamworth, and together with paramedics, stablised the girl at Moree hospital.
She was then flown to John Hunter Hospital for specialist treatment on Monday night.
It was one of two missions for the chopper late on Monday after an emergency tasking to Guyra.

A spokesperson for the chopper said the 64-year-old man walked 1.5km to get help after the accident.
He suffered suspected chest injuries in the accident and was flown to Tamworth hospital.
The man was believed to be in a stable condition.
On Sunday, the helicopter was tasked to Manilla's Mount Borah after a paraglider fell while competing in the State of Origin event.
He was flown to a specialist spinal unit at Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney.
