There has been a storied history between Holden and Ford, but local car buffs have crossed the divide to put their best foot forward on the Carter Street netball courts.
The local Ford and Holden owners groups will band together on Saturday for a show-and-shine styled competition all in the name of charity support.

The groups will be raising money for Tamworth's Riding for the Disabled (RDA) branch, which harnesses the power of horses in a different way.
Ford owners' group treasurer Angus Maxwell said his club simply wanted to give back to a local group.
"There's other charities out there that get a lot of attention, like your Westpac [Rescue Helicopter Service] and that sort of thing, but we wanted to do something local," he said.
For Tamworth RDA president Bob Pontifex, the show of support couldn't have come at a better time.
The club has been financially strained in recent months as dry conditions take hold.
"Because of the drought, we've had to buy a lot of hay and feed for the horses," Mr Pontifex said.
"We've got a our vet bills as well.
"Tamworth people are generally are pretty good to us, but still, there is never-ending costs."
Mr Pontifex has volunteered with the group for eight years, but he's worked with horses for his whole life, and he said the effect the horses had on the children made it worthwhile.
"To see the young clients with disabilities, quite often they get a good smile on their face and they go back a bit happier than we they turned up," he said.
The flag falls on the event at 9am on Saturday, April 13, at the Carter Street fields.
There will be a charity auction at the event, with items donated by a number of local businesses.
