The grower, maker and creator's market showcases all the ultimate produce grown right here in the New England.
Brain child of Uralla resident Tara Toomey, the expo has grown from what was once a humble market to a foodie destination with more than 110 businesses signed up.
"We've reached a new milestone in that we are absolutely at capacity," she said.
"It's about meeting the people who make what they sell right across the range of creative talent in New England and it includes farms.
"There's a lot of people with off-farm product they've value added, it's a real opportunity to get economic movement with out-of-towners discovering what's here."

From Uralla's famous beer sausages to a Kentucky gin that took out double-gold in the San Francisco World Spirits Cup, all with the backdrop of cruisy live music.
Seasons of New England will again offer reusable wine glasses, composting and now a tumbler to use for one of five beers on tap.

It runs alongside the Uralla Lantern Festival and the Rotary Book Sale, so there's plenty on in town on the day.
With the growth in visitors numbers reaching 6000, Ms Toomey is looking at a chartered passenger train from Newcastle to the event by 2020.
Uralla Shire Council mayor Michael Pearce credits the event with bringing much-needed tourism to town.

Uralla's Seasons of New England is due to be held in Hampden Park from 9am on Saturday March 30.
