Tamworth's premier league first grade clubs will begin their 2019 season campaigns on April 6 along with more than 2000 junior competitors.
However, the newly created under-18 competition and men's third grade will be the first to hit the park in 2019, with round one scheduled for Friday, April 5.

The competition under lights is a first for the region and is among several changes for the new year, including the expansion of the all girls competition to under-6 and 7 to under-8 and 9 and under-10 and 11.
All of Armidale's clubs will begin their season on April 6, with close to 1500 juniors to kick off before the senior men's and women's competitions. The 2019 season will follow the completion of the FFA Cup, which continues on March 23.
Round four FFA cup fixtures will be drawn on March 18.
