A TENTH man has been arrested by a strike force of police, accused of being involved in a drug ring operating in Gunnedah.
Ricky Ward Finlay remains behind bars after his arrest by Strike Force Munderah detectives in Gunnedah.
The 47-year-old from Mullaley is charged with participating in a criminal group by contributing to criminal activity and steal property as clerk or servant.
In a bail application in Gunnedah Local Court, he was not required to enter pleas with the charges referred to the DPP, which could see them moved to the district court for trial or sentence.
Finlay was refused bail by magistrate George Breton who ordered him into custody until the case comes back to court in Gunnedah in April.

Police will allege Finlay was involved in the drug ring that was supplying the drug ice in the Gunnedah area. He's also accused of stealing fuel from a property that was onsold to others in the alleged criminal ring.
Eight men and two women have now been charged by police as part of Strike Force Munderah, with two of the accused behind bars on a charges of ongoing drug supply which carry up to 20 years behind bars, if found guilty.
Oxley Detective Acting Inspector Jason Darcy said the alleged ring was facing a raft of supply charges.
"This was a massive operation by Oxley detectives," he said.
Strike Force Munderah was a six-month secret operation by Oxley detectives that unfolded on February 28 with a raid on a Gunnedah home and several arrests.
It was set-up by police to home in on those behind the supply of drugs and firearms in the Gunnedah area.
Detectives said investigations are continuing.
